Below are our standard terms – ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND THERE ARE NO RETURNS.

10% Buyers Premium applies to all purchases, 3.9% convenience fee is added to all credit card purchases

Bidding Registration requires a valid credit card for bidding approval. Payment Options: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or Cash/Check at local pick up.

All items: Are sold AS IS WHERE IS. Please ask questions BEFORE bidding. If you are unsure about an item, please do not bid. All items are sold without a warranty, implied or expressed. We provide opportunities for personal inspection and/or will be happy to answer any questions prior to bidding to allow for a positive auction experience. We take many photographs of the items, but for some items it is impossible to capture every minor defect. Bidders who bid from off site and do not attend the inspection understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to evaluate an item from photos as well as if they examined it in person.

PICK UP: Dates are disclosed for every auction- usually the day after the auction closes unless stated otherwise. Please note location of auction
PAYMENT TERMS: Cash. Good check with bank letter of guarantee funds on high dollar amounts. Certified bank cashier’s check. Bank wire Transfer on all large dollar items. Debit and & credit cards Visa & Mastercard accepted with a 3.9% fee, or Bank Wire Transfer please add an additional $20.00 fee for this. Cash only! No fee. Debit and & credit cards Visa & Mastercard accepted with a 3.9% fee. Buyer’s fee of 10%. Wi. Sales tax will apply as applicable by Wisconsin State Tax Law. You’ll receive an EMAIL with an attached invoice from Nolan Sales/Nolan Auction within 60 minutes of close of auction. This email will include your unpaid invoice. Please view all terms, conditions, pick up dates & times within this auction.

NOTE: Items that are not picked up or paid for within 24 hours with no contact with Nolan Sales/Nolan Auction will be considered abandoned and your card will be charged.

NON-PAYMENT: If you are not picking up locally, please make sure your credit card on file is up to date and has sufficient funds for your purchases. Any Failed credit card attempts, or Credit card charge backs will not be tolerated. All non-paying buyers will be blocked for any future Nolan Sales online transactions.

NON- PAYMENT: Nolan Sales reports all non-paying bidders to Bidding Platform no matter how small the invoice amount. These bidders are blocked from Nolan Sales/Nolan Auction online auctions. We reserve the right to block any bidders who are unable to comply with the terms, conditions, and/or policies of our auctions.

TECHNICAL ISSUES: In the very unlikely event that there is a technical issue during the closing of an auction, the auction company Nolan Auction may reopen the auction to complete the bidding process for all parties. Nolan Sales/Nolan Auction reserves the right to protect the best interest of the seller as well as the buyers in any event that may happen due to technical error(s).
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS: Bidding on any item, whether in person, by phone, by absentee bid or via an internet auction indicates the bidder’s agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions for Bidders. Any right of the bidder under this agreement shall not be assignable and shall only be enforceable by the original buyer. The rights and obligations of the parties shall be governed by the laws of the state of Wisconsin. All bidders submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Wisconsin. Should a dispute arise between Nolan Sales/Nolan Auction and Bidder, Bidder waives any right to a trial or hearing in a court of law and agrees to settle the dispute through binding arbitration in Shawano County, Wisconsin. The bidder agrees and grants that service of process on them may be obtained by mailing a certified letter, containing a summons, postage prepaid to them at the address they provided to register.
TERMS OF SALE: All Property is sold AS IS WHERE IS and ALL SALES FINAL. Please ask all questions before bidding. If you are unsure about an item, please do not bid, since all sales are final. We will be happy to answer any questions to allow for a positive auction outcome. It is the Bidders responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinate factor. Nolan Sales/Nolan Auction may attempt to describe or attribute merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at auctions but makes no representations. In no event shall Nolan Sales/Nolan Auction be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchant ability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any lot at any time before its final sale and to reject any bid for any reason. The highest bidder for each lot / item acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the ‘buyer’. All descriptions have been provided for guide purposes only and shall not be relied upon by the purchaser for accuracy and/or completeness, all items are sold without warranty, implied, or expressed.
WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS: All sales are final, with no returns or refunds. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the auction preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidders responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinate factor. Nolan Sales/Nolan Auction will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the items itself, Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. The bidder further agrees that under no circumstances will he/she initiate a charge back on his/her credit card. Please ask all questions before the auction and if you are unsure, we ask that you not bid. Nolan Sales/Nolan Auction is not responsible for any failure to execute a bid due to interruption of internet line service, premature closing of items, or human error. In the very unlikely event that there is a technical issue during the closing of an auction, the auction company may reopen the auction to complete the bidding process for all parties.
