Any bid placed by you guarantees that you have read the following terms and conditions of the sale.All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All items are described to the best of our knowledge.  Stokes Auction (Auctioneer) makes no warranties or representations express or implied with respect to such property as to the physical condition, quality, rarity, importance, provenance, medium, period, origin, or estimated value of any lot sold. All measurements and weights are approximate. The absence of condition remarks in the catalog entry does not mean the item is in perfect condition or poor condition.  No statement anywhere, whether oral or written, listed in the catalog, advertisement, invoice or remarks by staff or the auctioneer, shall be considered a warranty representation or assumption of liability. Descriptions and printed materials are meant merely as a guide. Pre-auction estimates are intended as guides and may not be reflective of the actual final bid. Please determine condition, genuineness and/or authenticity before you bid as all items are sold "As is, where is" All sales are recorded and final. Bidder will indemnify and hold harmless Auctioneer or his/her agents or employees from any and all actions, lawsuits, damages, costs and losses of any nature, arising from the sale, purchase or use of any lot / item or the attendance and participation at the auction site before, during or after the auction sale.  REGISTRATIONBidder must register for the Auction before his/her bid will be accepted.Registration on the auction platform is required for all auctions. BUYERS PREMIUMS and SALES TAXGeneral Merchandise: subject to a 10% buyer's premium which will be added to the hammer price for each lot sold plus sales tax of 9%.Vehicles: Subject to a flat $150 buyer's premium and a 9.3% sales tax. PAYMENTPayment will be accepted at time of picking up your items. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover with matching billing address, CVV Code and Expiration Date. (Absolutely NO Green Dot, Walmart, Pre-Paid or Gift Cards). No lot or item purchased will be released to the Buyer until the purchase price has been paid in full. Should funds not be negotiable, legal action will be initiated and bidder will be responsible for costs incurred PICK UP Please call to schedule a pick up time for the items you purchased. Items must be picked up on the date posted in the auction listing. AGENCYAuctioneer has been hired by the seller and is acting as their agent in conducting the auction, and Auctioneer is not serving as an agent for any bidder or buyer. TERMS OF GUARANTEEEach lot will be sold AS IS, WHERE IS with all defects and faults. No warranties or guarantees of any kind will be given by Seller or Auctioneer. All weights, counts and measurements are approximate. It is the responsibility of the buyer to obtain all possible lot information prior to bidding. Bidders should, whenever possible, carefully inspect each lot to determine condition and contents. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMSRegistering to bid and or placing a bid of any kind will indicate that the bidder has full understanding of the terms and conditions and accepts these terms along with the agreement to be so bound. Terms may not be amended in any way except by a signed, written agreement between Auctioneer and Bidder.

Fill out form and email back.Auto Auction Registration Form Follow instructions on form.   Viewing is by appointment only. Please call 360-876-0236. Appointments will be available on the following days. February 24, 25, 26, & March 1 & 2, between 9am - 3:30pm Auction ends Tuesday, March 2 beginning at 7 PM, see individual lot for ending time. Bidding will extend for two minutes when a bid is placed within two minutes of closing. You must be at least 18 to bid and register a vehicle. All bids are final and may not be cancelled.  High bidders are responsible for all winning bids, including fees. The auction company reserves the right to accept and/or reject bids at their discretion. Please call our office if you are new to our auction and plan to bid on multiple vehicles. If you bid on multiple vehicles you may be blocked until you contact us. High bidder-Call our office on Weds, March 3rd between 8:30am - 3:30 pm to schedule your appointment (360) 876-0236 Appointments available Thurs., March 4, or Fri, March 5  from 8:30am - 3:30pm. A few appointments available Sat., March 6 from 9am-11am. We will confirm name(s) for documents, driver’s license, both physical and mailing address.  $50 a non-refundable deposit per vehicle will be required and credited with vehicle payment. All the documents will be prepped and ready to sign when you arrive at your appointment. The person whose name is going on the title MUST be present and they must present their ID. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover with matching billing address, CVV Code and Expiration Date. (360) 876-0236  (Absolutely NO Green Dot, Walmart, Pre-Paid or Gift Cards) FEES on Titled Vehicles and Trailers $150 buyer's premium will be charged during your appointment Sales Tax 9.3% Tab and License Fees will be charged during your appointment These fees start at $134.25 and go up. Look under individual lot details for photo of fee description and estimate. Fees will NOT be shown on your emailed invoice. Read the vehicle descriptions. All vehicles run unless noted in the description or in pictured disclosure statement Any known conditions are listed.  Under the photos there is a tab for video of the motors running, when available. >
