BIDDING RULES: 1. Each bid placed is a binding agreement to purchase the entire contents of this unit. 2. The winning bidder will be notified via email upon auction close. 3. It is the winning bidder's responsibility to contact the selling facility, pay the winning bid in CASH and pick up the unit contents within 48 hours. 4. The existing tenant has the right to cure the lien until the winning bidder pays cash for the unit at the facility and removed goods. Thus the unit can be withdrawn at any time prior to the winning bidder paying for the contents. 5. There is no onsite disposal, all contents of the unit must be removed by the winner and the unit swept clean. 6. The amount of the winning bid must be paid in CASH at the facility, along with a $50 cleaning deposit due. The cleaning deposit will be returned once the unit is broom swept and inspected following cleanout. 7. A 10% ($10 min.) buyer premium will be charged to the credit card on file at the time of auction close. 8. Failure to adhere to these policies will result in bidding rights being revoked or login account suspension.
