Vintage framed 1979 calendar from Big Star Foods, 179 West Ocean View Ave., Norfolk, Va. 23503. The calendar features four historic sepia-toned images of "The Old Ocean View Park" including the entrance, boardwalk, concert area, and the original Nansemond Hotel. A brass plaque on the frame reads "HORSE AND BUGGY DAYS P. DETLEFSEN". The calendar measures 22×26 inches. The wooden frame shows wear, including scratches and some scuffs.
