This lot features two finely detailed Department 56 Heritage Village Collection Christmas buildings. The first building, "The Classic Bride & Groom", is adorned with festive garlands and features a detailed storefront display of a bride and groom. The second, larger piece, "Fifth Avenue Art Gallery & Loire Wine Cellar", showcases multiple businesses and intricate architectural details. Both pieces include their original boxes. One has original cord. The art gallery is broken in several spots one piece is included and could be glued but the other two ornaments are missing. Please Note: These pieces appear to have been displayed in the open for an extended period of time and show visible surface dirt, dust, and discoloration from prolonged display. Items have not been cleaned and would benefit from a thorough cleaning. Please review all photos carefully for condition. Location A
