The farm has great accessibility with Farm to Market (FM) 1731 running down the east side of the property for over a mile and CR 1184 on the north side of the tract, and CR 1194 on the south side of the tract. This farm has consistent soil and a well established stand of grass. There are a few small trees on the property.
