This auction presents the opportunity to purchase a parcel of land that has been in the Flynn Family for over 125 years dating back to the homestead patent in 1887 by Stephen Flynn.  This +/-139.40 acre farm will be offered as a unit. This property is conveniently located to I-90 & the Montrose Exit #374, as well as Montrose, SD and other area communities and points of interest and is unique as it is agricultural land with a commercial zoning in accordance with McCook County Zoning.   This property consists of a tract of land that has a variety of features including some choice productive cropland, a mature grove, a terrific location adjacent to both an oil highway & I-90 and more!   According to FSA information this +/-139.40 acre farm has approx. 126.69 acres of cropland with an FSA 64.60 acre corn base with a 143 bu. PLC yield and a 61.60 acre soybean base with a 41 bu.
