The lands shall be sold by Judicial Sale and are Subject to Court approval.
The property shall be sold free and clear of all interests.
Subject to $1250 Administration Charge per lot to purchaser on final settlement.
The highest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.

All offers must be submitted on or before 4:00 PM, November 13, 2026, by one of the following methods:

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT TERMS
Each tender must be accompanied by a deposit of not less than 10% of the bid amount within 24 hours of submitted offer.
Deposit must be by bank draft or direct deposit.
Balance of complete purchase is due within 21 days of Court-approved sale.
Failure to complete payment results in forfeiture of deposit.
Unsuccessful bidders will have deposits returned within five business days.
TAXES & ADJUSTMENTS
Property taxes adjusted as of possession/closing date.
Purchase price subject to applicable taxes.
COURT CONFIRMATION
Sale subject to Court approval within three (3) weeks of acceptance or as otherwise ordered by the Court.
