Doug and Lynne have lived on the family farm since 1978 which has been in the Mewis family for 110 years. They have decided to take an exciting new step into the next chapter of their life and move out to their peaceful cabin at Turtle Lake for semi-retirement. This sale will include a once in a lifetime opportunity to purchase a very established ranch which will include, 19 quarters of farm and ranch land and a full line of ranch/grain equipment and the possibility to be in business overnight. This ranch will support 300 cow/calf pairs or 450 yearlings and with the coral system setup on the home quarter with all freshly updated wooden wind fences and permanent paneling throughout the main yard it is truly a perfect solution to move in and start work.
