Please read the Bidder’s Information Package (BIP) and RECO Information Guide. BIP Certification and RECO Information Guide confirmation need to be signed and returned to the office with a copy of your valid Driver’s License so that you can bid online. It is highly recommended that you register early, even if you’re not planning on bidding until the last hour. This will ensure that your registration online is approved after the office has received signed documents and ID. If submitting the BIP certification by email ([email protected]), a copy of your valid driver’s license must be included. The name on the ID must match the name on the BIP Certification, RECO Information Guide confirmation and the name registered to bid on Hibid.
