This 1978 Motron Medalist moped was fitted with a Pryer Motorcraft subframe and two-wheel rear axle assembly. It is powered by a modified 80cc two-stroke single paired with a single-speed automatic transmission. Finished in green with yellow, black, and white graphics, the trike is equipped with a removeable windshield, and a solo saddle as well as a pedal start assembly, an automotive-type rear differential, 16″ wire-spoke wheels, a Dell-Orto carburetor, and a Tecno Circuit expansion chamber exhaust system, Polini big-bore kit, a headlight, and a speedometer along with replacing both rear tires. Domino throttle/brake lever assembly, and a mirror as well as the mount for a 40-mph CEV speedometer that was added in preparation for the sale. The five-digit odometer shows 650 miles
Equipment includes fork-mounted folding foot pegs, black plastic footboards, a fuel-tank-mounted chrome parcel rack, a black solo saddle, a rear bumper, and a flat rear deck with a cargo net.
Chrome 16″ wire-spoke wheels wear a CEAT front and Cheng Shin rear tires, the latter of which were mounted in 2022. Suspension consists of a conventional telescopic fork as well as a pair of shrouded shocks mounted to the rear subframe assembly. Stopping comes from front hub and rear axle drum brakes.
The 49cc Motori Minarelli V1 two-stroke single was fitted with an 80cc Polini big-bore aluminum cylinder kit in 2022. Equipment includes a shrouded cooling fan, a Dell’Orto SHA 14/12 carburetor, and a crankset and pedals for starting as well as a Tecno Circuit expansion chamber exhaust system with a cannister-type muffler.
