45’X11′ Storage Building With 10’X10″ Room On One End Fully Insulated Wired With Electric, Heater, Lights & Exhaust Fans. Exterior Including Roof All Metal
Steel I-Beam Runners.
It was moved approx. 2 years ago to it’s current location and has not been hooked up or used. All the equipment inside is included. It was with the building when the seller purchased it.
We could not get the side back door to the back room open. The front doors do not close completely and one door appears to be broken off the hinges.
The lot is located approx. half a mile east of the Southgate and Highway 132 intersection on the North side of Southgate.
Buyer is responsible for removal at buyer’s cost.
