Three documents convey with the rifle, all executed 14 December 1970 at Qui Nhon:

DD Form 603-1, War Trophy Registration/Authorization
Temporary Export License, 177th Military Police Detachment, with CLEARED FOR CONUS stamp
The serial on both DD Forms matches the rifle. The export license shows one extra digit, an apparent typing error.
