It is located 2 miles south of Covington on SH 74, then 1 ½ miles east on Wood Rd.  According to the Garfield County F.S.A. this farm has 60.37 acres of cropland with a 60.1 acre wheat base and a 36 bushel per acre PLC yield.  Principle soil types of the cropland include Renthin-Masham complex, Kirkland Renfrow complex, & Piedmont silt loam, all Class III.  The balance of the land is in grass pasture, scattered trees, creek & streams.  Improvements include a perimeter fence.
