This lot is a large wooden rain instrument, also known as a rain stick, decorated with hand-painted geometric motifs in black, green, and white. The instrument produces sounds that closely resemble rainfall when tilted, as verified by the cataloger.
The surface shows natural wood grain along with some minor surface wear consistent with use. One end is slightly worn, and small holes are visible throughout, which are typical of traditional rain stick construction. See photos for Measurements if taken.
