This is a Longaberger Baskets Collectors Club 1998 Collectors Edition round basket, handcrafted in Dresden, Ohio, USA. The basket features a solid wood lid with a knob, a woven body, and braided leather handles on each side. Markings on the base confirm it as a 1998 Collector's Edition with a "LONGABERGER BASKETS HANDWOVEN DRESDEN, OHIO USA" stamp, and it has the initials "BRM 1998".
