American Figured Walnut Side-By-Side Wardrobe With Swivel Vanity Mirror

American figured walnut chifforobe (side-by-side wardrobe and dresser), circa 1910–1930. On the left is a four-drawer chest: two small drawers over two long drawers, each with brass teardrop pulls and keyhole escutcheons. The drawer fronts and the book-matched top are veneered in walnut with strong figure. Above the chest is an arched swivel mirror in a shaped frame, mounted on a turned post with a finial and a brass tension knob. On the right is a tall wardrobe with a full-length mirrored door, a molded top and a brass hanging rod inside. The case stands on turned front feet and square back legs. The back is stenciled "30 W."
