The first platter, measuring about 15 inches, is marked Z.S. & Co., Bavaria, and features multicolored floral decorations with a blue rim. The second platter is plain white with scalloped edges and is marked Johnson Brothers, Made in England, and dishwasher- and microwave-safe. The third platter, made by J&G Meakin, England, in the Tapestry pattern, features a brown geometric floral motif and is also microwave and dishwasher safe.
All platters are made of ceramic and show minor wear consistent with general use, such as slight surface scratches and minimal discoloration appropriate to tableware.
