JC Penney TV/AM/FM/Weather Receiver, model no. 685-1038E.  Circa early 1980's.  With owner manual.   5" high without the arm that lifts the front of the case, 15" wide and 10" deep.  Plug in or install nine D size batteries (not included).  Plugged in, the receiver powers on.  Screen, sound, volume, brightness, contrast and tuner appear to be working.   Case has few markings – good shape for age and use.
