Original winter landscape painting on canvas depicting a quiet snow-covered scene with a bright blue pond, bare birch trees, distant wooded shoreline, and colorful sunset sky. The turquoise-blue water and warm yellow-orange horizon create a striking contrast against the snowy landscape.
Unsigned on the front. The reverse is marked December 1993, dating the piece to the early 1990s. Painted on stretched canvas and measures approximately 16” x 20”. Unframed.
Pre-owned condition with age-related wear. There are scattered marks, surface wear, light discoloration, and minor imperfections to the painted canvas, including a noticeable dark mark in the lower blue water area. Edges and corners show additional handling and storage wear.
