Robert F. (R.F.) Harnett (1924–2007) was an American artist whose work was reproduced in a variety of decorative prints, including wildlife, floral, and other nature subjects.
The original backing retains an Edward Art Products, Chicago, Illinois label identifying the subject as “Jungle Animals,” Style No. 4450-5, with a listed size of 19” x 23” and Made in USA designation.
Presented under glass in a gold-tone wood frame. The glass does produce some glare depending on lighting and viewing angle.
Overall vintage condition with some age-related wear, including scattered spotting/debris beneath or on the glass and wear/scuffing to the frame. Backing paper has some tearing and wear, particularly around the edges.
