vintage-style retro studio microphone replica display prop. Evoking the golden age of broadcasting, music, and old Hollywood glamour, this decorative piece is designed after the iconic mid-century Shure 55 series "Elvis mic" silhouette.
The entire piece is constructed from cast aluminum, featuring an eye-catching textured, raw metallic finish. The microphone head is stylized with a classic ribbed grille pattern over darkened, textured recessed slots. It sits on a realistic pivoting mounting yoke complete with structural screw detailing, affixed to a slender polished support stem and a heavy, weighted bell-shaped circular base. Non-functional and strictly intended for interior décor, this substantial desktop accessory makes a perfect addition to a music room, recording studio desk, bookshelf, or home theater mantle display.
Condition:
Excellent condition. The cast aluminum structure is completely solid and free of any breaks, deep scratches, or structural bends. The metal surfaces exhibit a beautiful, authentic brushed luster with minor natural casting pitting and textural imperfections that enhance its industrial, vintage character. The base stands completely level and secure.
