Item description:

Designation: 1979-P United States Susan B. Anthony Dollar Business Strike (Narrow Rim / Type 1)
Mintage Year: 1979
Mint Location: Philadelphia Mint (The "P" Mint Mark is located on the obverse, cleanly positioned on the left field just above Susan B. Anthony's shoulder)
Denomination: One Dollar ($1.00 USD)
Composition: Copper-Nickel Clad (91.67% Copper, 8.33% Nickel)
Grade/Condition: Lightly Circulated / About Uncirculated (AU Details – Ungraded / Raw)
Design & Mint Identification: This coin showcases the signature 11-sided inner border layout designed to help the public differentiate the small-sized dollar from standard quarter-dollars. It features a bold, regular "P" mint strike from the historic Philadelphia Mint facility.
Condition & Eye Appeal Notes: The coin displays very strong eye appeal with a crisp overall strike. It retains a substantial amount of its original mint luster and frosty flash across the fields. Light, honest surface hairlines and slight friction wear are present on the high focal points—specifically on Anthony's jawline, cheek, and the eagle's breast feathers—fully consistent with a coin that saw very brief, careful handling in circulation.
