The cable length is 18 feet, with a maximum boat weight of 2000 Lbs and a maximum boat trailer weight of 5000 Lbs. The line speed is 6 feet per minute with a full load.
This winch appears to be used and shows some signs of wear. It comes with the hook and cable. The power cord with battery clamps is also included, showing red and black wires. Please refer to the images for the best representation of its condition.
