What an amazing piece of Columbus history! Old Blue Nose which was perched on top of The Oasis circular bar in the Chittenden Hotel. Near 100 years old. At one time he would rotate around and when he would stop and be pointing that patron would get a free drink. Always with a distain scowl on his face. This was rescued before they tore the hotel down back in 1970s? Approximately 36 inches high not including the post. He does have some minor flaws, but what do you expect, he’s an old guy! What a conversation piece to have in your home or restaurant.
