Structure: In structurally stable, played-with vintage condition. The fold-down chalkboard ramp hinge operates properly. The clock hands turn manually on the side wall. The metal bell is intact and rings clearly when the chimney switch is actuated.
Lithographs/Decals: Shows significant wear from play and age. There are large areas of missing litho paper/peeling on the front red facade near the clock and school sign. The roof litho paper on the small bell tower is peeling and curling at the edges.
Accessories: Plastic desks, chairs, and trays are intact without major breaks, showing light surface scuffs, dust, and typical play residue. No little people figures or chalk are included.
