Property Note: This property features 920 acres of land including 247.31 acres of cropland. 605 acres of the pastureland has is a Waterfowl Habitat Protection Easement better known as a grassland easement. The owner had miles of fence installed in 2013 and the property is set up for cell grazing with 5 cells and ample natural water. There are 315 acres +/ without the grassland easement including the cropland. Currently, the cropland is planted to wheat and the pasture has not been grazed in 2017.
