Auction Note:  This is exceptional cropland, Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) and hunting land in Badger Township in LaMoure County, North Dakota.  The cropland is highly productive with a Soil Productivity Index (SPI) of 78.4  and most of the soils are Barnes-Svea Loams.  The CRP contracts expire in 2022 and 2023, however, combining the CRP acres with the crop acres give an overall SPI of 74.3!
