Items include twenty 30-yard roll-off containers. Items are located in Yonkers, NY.
Payment is due by Wednesday, December 1 at 1PM.
All lots subject to seller approval. Invoices will be sent following seller approval.
Pickup is by appointment only and must be completed by Friday, December 3 at 2:30PM.
*Buyer's are responsible to bring proper help, tools and equipment to remove purchases, no additional help will be available.

Address will be given to winning bidders after the auction.
All lots sold as is, where is. 10% Buyer's Premium. Payment is in Guaranteed Funds only and payment methods include Cash, Wire Transfer, Money Order or Cashier's Check. If lots are not picked up by the pickup deadline, there will be a $25 charge per day for five business days. If not picked up, the lots will be declared forfeited, abandoned and be resold.
