The item purchased shall be removed in their entirety from the site at Purchaser’s sole cost and responsibility. Removal shall be at the sole risk and liability of the Purchaser or Purchaser’s agent, and only after Purchaser has provided the Village of Homer satisfactory proof of insurance in the amount of 1 million dollars, ($1,000,000) by Certificate of Insurance or otherwise.
