AUCTIONEER'S NOTE: Steffes Group is a licensed FFL holder and all BATF rules will be followed. Purchaser will be required to pass the federally mandated background check.
FIREARMS TERMS: Steffes Group Inc. will require all successful bidders who do not possess an FFL to complete Form 4473 and pass an FBI NICS background check. A $25 transfer fee per Form 4473 will apply.
*Regarding handguns*
All Minnesota residents will be able to pick up their purchase after passing the NICS check at our Litchfield office & providing Steffes Group a Concealed Carry Permit or Permit to Purchase.
ND residents can have handguns delivered to the Steffes Fargo office and have the NICS check done there.
Buyers from all other states will have to have all handguns shipped to a current FFL holder from that respective state and will not be able to take possession in person.
Shipping available only to FFL holders. Shipping cost that will apply are for the box, shipping supplies & actual shipping costs through FedEx.
Applicable Fees: $25 transfer fee per person, $20 PER GUN for any guns transported to West Fargo, ND Office, $15 handling fee plus shipping expense through FedEx for shipping from Litchfield Office to other FFL Dealer.
