Inspections are available before the auction close, between 9am - 3pm Mon-Fri. We will not open boxed products for assembly or testing. All off-site auction item(s) require an appointment for inspection. Please call 218-760-0138 with questions.
If you are planning on picking up your item(s) our warehouse is available Monday through Friday, 9AM to 3PM local time for pick-ups. Appointments for pick-up are preferred. However, if you miss your pick-up appointment there will be a $25.00 missed appointment fee charged! That must be paid prior to your product being released to you.
If you are sending an employee to pick-up, an “Authorization of Release” form will be required at time of pick-up.
We do not provide any physical assistance with loading. You must bring appropriate equipment (trailers / trucks etc.) for removal of items.
Payment is due on the removal date. All items must be shipped or picked up within 10 calendar days. After that, there is a $10/item/day storage fee applied that must be paid prior to the product being released unless otherwise coordinated with WMS Sales.
No removal of any titled items on Sunday's!
