DIRECTIONS: North of Grand Rapids or south of Big Rapids on US-131 to the Rockford exit #97 (10 Mile Rd), east 3 ¼ miles to Courtland Dr., south ½ mile to Kies St, east 1 ¼ miles to Auction site located on The Ponds private drive running north off of Kies St. (Kent Co.)
Due to advancing age, we have purchased a condo in Sparta. We have commissioned Art Smith Auctioneers to conduct a Live Public Auction here at our home to sell our lifetime collections, tractors, tools and more. We would like to invite you to attend our Auction and thank you in advance.

NOTE: Jack worked at National Cash Register for over 33 years retiring in 1993, worked at Mason St. Garage then Mason Dynamics. Jack was an inventor and his shop was packed full of tools and hardware, many nice guns, tractors, truckster and some very nice vintage furniture makes this an interesting auction. Lunch truck, port-a-jons and wash up station.
TERMS: Cash, good check OR Master Card or VISA with 5% service fee. We subscribe to Pay-Tec, (A NATIONAL CHECK COLLECTION COMPANY). All items sold in as-is condition.
GUN TERMS: Per ATF ruling, this being an estate-type auction a Federal Firearms License (FFL) is not needed in the transfer of this gun collection, i.e., a National Instant Criminal Background Check (NICS) need not be completed on long gun buyers. A current purchase permit or CPL is needed on Auction day to buy a handgun.
INSPECTION: Friday, April 23rd 4:00PM-6:00PM & Auction day at 8:30AM
PARKING: The Auction is located at the end of a private road; please keep in mind that most people will have to walk quite a distance after parking with most folks parking on the Kies St. and walking up the private rd. We will work diligently to park as many handicap people as possible closer to the house, but this area will fill up early.
