Each bid placed is a binding agreement to purchase the entire contents of this unit. The winning bidder will be notified via email upon auction close. It is the winning bidder's responsibility to contact the selling facility and pick up the unit contents within 48 hours. The existing tenant has the right to cure the lien until the winning bidder pays cash for the unit at the facility, unless otherwise stated in the state lien law. There is no onsite disposal, all contents of the unit must be removed by the winner and the unit swept clean. Payment for winning bid must be paid via credit/debit card at facility office. CASH WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED for the purchase amount. Cleaning deposit must be paid in cash and will be returned following complete cleanout of unit. A cleaning deposit may be charged and returned once the unit is inspected following cleanout. A 10% ($10 min.) buyer premium will be charged to the credit card on file at the time of auction close. Failure to adhere to these policies will result in bidding rights being revoked or login account suspension.
