The condominium unit known as 402-15 Kennedy Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, as described in Certificate of Title No. 2562929/1 will be sold at auction on Tuesday, the 1st day of December, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. at 263 Stanley Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba.
The Vendor under Power of Sale is informed that the property consists of: an apartment style condominium unit with a living area of approximately 649 square feet, more or less. The vendor is advised that the unit contains a kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony.
REALTY TAXES: The realty taxes with respect to the said land are paid in full to December 31, 2016. The property is sold subject to taxes and penalties accruing after that date. Any outstanding water, sewer and utility account(s) for the current and prior years, whether or not added to the tax account at any time, are the responsibility of the purchaser.
PRIOR CHARGES: Tax Sale First Return No. 51335567/1
TERMS: Twenty percent of the purchase price by certified cheque or bank draft and the balance according to auction sale conditions.
The building and land are to be sold subject to a RESERVE BID to be announced prior to the sale.

All persons wishing to attend the auction are required to pre-register with the mortgagee’s agent, noted below, at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled auction.
The person whose final bid has been accepted will be required to provide the deposit within 24 hours of the auction if the bid is submitted remotely.
