SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS - This is a CASH ONLY sale. Kentucky Sales Tax of 6% will be added to the winning bid amount. You must place your own lock on the unit immediately after the purchase. The Successful Bidder must provide photo ID to the storage manager, and a copy of this ID will be made and kept on file. Successful Bidders may not rent the storage unit they purchase or any other unit to move the purchased items into. You must move all contents out within 72 hours. Units must be cleaned out during business hours only. Minimum $100.00 cash Security Deposit due on EACH unit purchased. If you have a Kentucky Sales & Use Tax Permit #, please bring with you and present before sale is complete. Space Center Storage reserves the right to reject any bids. You must pay for and REMOVE ALL CONTENTS from the storage unit WITHIN 72-HOURS OF THE AUCTION CLOSING. Failure to comply will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit. If all of the items are removed & the unit is left clean, the Security Deposit will be refunded at the time of the move out. NO CONTENTS OR TRASH CAN BE DISPOSED OF AT SPACE CENTER STORAGE. All auctions are WITH RESERVE and therefore all units may be withdrawn from sale at any time by Space Center Storage. A sale is not deemed completed until all money due is paid by the high bidder at the auction and received by facility and all property is removed from the unit by the high bidder. A bidders remedy for a cancelled sale is limited to the return of the money paid for the unit at auction. Goods paid for but not removed from the facility within 72 hours after the sale will be disposed of. This facility will not refund money for goods paid for and not removed in accordance with the deadline. Bidder releases facility from responsibility for the disposal of said property. Facility does not accept any liability on the goods purchased at the time of the sale. Goods are purchased in an AS-IS condition. No guarantees or warranties of any type or kind are expressed or implied with the purchase of any item. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Bidders shall not resell any goods on the facility premises to other bidders without the approval of the facility manager. Any firearms or ammunition located in the unit must be turned over to the facility for proper disposal. Each bid placed is a binding agreement to purchase the entire contents of this unit. SUCCESSFUL BIDDER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO SPACE CENTER STORAGE PROPERTY THAT OCCURS WHILE YOU OR YOUR EMPLOYEES, HELPERS, FAMILY, ETC. ARE ON OUR PREMISES. THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO BUILDINGS, GATES, FENCES, BOLLARDS, DOORS, and/or LIGHTS. The winning bidder will be notified via email upon auction close. It is the winning bidder's responsibility to contact the selling facility and pick up the unit contents within 72 hours. A 10% ($10 min.) buyer premium will be charged to the credit card on file at the time of auction close. Failure to adhere to these policies will result in bidding rights being revoked or login account suspension.
