Legal Description: The East Half of the East Half (E/2E/2) of Section Twenty-five (25), Township Five (5) South, Range Twenty (20) West of the 6th P.M. Phillips County, Kansas.

Land Location: From Logan Kansas: 4 Mil South on W 1300 Rd (the Logan Road) to W Cozy Cove Rd and 2 ¾ Mi. East. Watch for Signs

FSA & General Info: This 157.14 acre farm has 48.3 acres of enrolled in the CRP program and expires 9-30-2021. The payment rate is $40.54 per acre yielding $1,958.00 annual payment. The balance is cropland & waterways. Purchaser shall receive all the 2019 and subsequent years CRP payments.

Taxes & Minerals: Seller to pay all the 2018 taxes and the purchaser shall be responsible for all the 2019 and subsequent years taxes. 2017 taxes were $1,152.66. Seller to convey 100% of the Sellers mineral interest to the purchaser.
