We do not remove furniture from the premises and will be the responsibility of the BUYER to remove all pieces.
Any damage caused to the home by the removal of large items will be the responsibility of the BUYER.
Bring ALL TOOLS AND ASSISTANCE YOU MAY NEED TO LOAD YOUR ITEMS. Assistance and tools are VERY limited on site.

If you have large furniture pieces, we require a mask for entry into the home for our protection as well as yours.
- We will not be accepting any cash payments.
- We will have a scheduled time pick up so please be prompt or you will be asked to reschedule.

The health and safety of our customers and employees is important to us. In light of recent health concerns, we are changing the way we run Inspections and Pick-Ups.
We are cleaning door handles, tables, carts, etc. multiple times per day.
There are very few touch points with the product - once it is pictured, it sits for several days until load out
We have gloves available for any customers that would like to use them.
We will not be accepting any cash payments so please pay online before your pick up time.
