All items sell to the highest bidder with no reserve unless otherwise stated. A 10% buyer’s premium applies to all purchases. All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. Buyers are responsible for conducting their own inspections prior to bidding. Payment is due within the time frame specified in the auction terms.
On large purchases, bank wire transfer is the preferred method of payment. Any item with a title or a certificate of origin needs to be paid for with guaranteed funds. Cash payments exceeding $10,000 will require completion of IRS Form 8300. Please reach out to Sell It Now, LLC if you plan on paying cash for the IRS form prior to the auction close. Credit card payments under $3,000 are allowed. Any amount over $3,000 in total purchases must be paid by another approved method. A 3.5% convenience fee will be applied to all credit card payments. We do not accept personal or business checks unless the total purchase amount is under $ 3,000, you are pre-approved by Sell It Now, LLC prior to bidding, and the check is accompanied by a verifiable bank letter of guarantee for that amount. E-checks and digital checks are not accepted.
No items may be removed until paid in full. Loadout will take place during the scheduled pickup times listed in the auction. All sales are final. Please review the full terms and conditions outlined in this auction prior to bidding.
