Auction preview on Friday August 21, 2020 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. CDT and again on sale day Sunday, August 23rd from 10:00 a.m. until the end of the auction. Auction close: The auction begins closing at 1:00 p.m. CDT, Sunday, August 23, 2020 Buyer's premium: there is a 10% buyer's premium with a maximum of $500 per item. Payment terms: Terms are cash, good check or credit card. There is a 4% convenience fee for payment with credit card. Any returned checks or declined credit cards will be charged a $25 service fee. Maximum credit card purchases may not exceed $1,000 without prior approval from auctioneer. No items will be removed until payment in full has been received. Purchases over $5,000 must be a cashier's check or wire transfer unless previous arrangements with Auctioneer have been made. All items must be paid for within 2 hours of the end of the Auction. The pick-up and trailers with their titles/registrations will not be released to the buyer until payment-in-full has cleared the buyer's account and been verified by the auctioneer. Pick up of items: All items must be picked up on sale day unless prior arrangements have been made with the auctioneer. Any items remaining 15 days after the auction will be considered abandoned and will become the property of the auction company. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect all items to their satisfaction prior to bidding on that item. The auction company only conveys what the seller has stated about the condition of the items selling and makes no warranty to the condition of any item.
