  • The Seller at Seller’s expense will have the septic system pumped (if needed) & inspected and acquire the DNR Time of Transfer certificate for the septic system.  This shall be done prior to closing.

  • Purchasers who are unable to close due to insufficient funds or otherwise, will be in default and the deposit money will be forfeited.
