Great opportunity to buy a property that has a wide array of uses, including fixing up an older home, building sites, hunting or farmland. Farms of this size and location do not become available all the time, so take advantage of this one and come bid your price. An older home that needs some updates comes with one of the parcels as well as several nice barn/shop buildings that are included. There is no need to explain the great hunting in this area, but people who know this area know that whitetails and turkeys are ever present. Lots of options on this one, build, fix up the home, hunt or just simply invest and watch your investment grow throughout the years. Minerals have been withheld and will not transfer with the property. Stop in, grab a brochure, and walk around the the property at your convenience. Immediate hunting rights with a down payment day of auction. Sells subject to final survey.

Parcel #1A,B,C 5.94 acres in three parcels of land with 200' of frontage that will sell together as one lot. A beautiful building lot with some hunting sprinkled in. Access from Gilmore Road.

Parcel #2 9.2 acres that has 1100' of frontage that could be a building lot, spot for a cabin or just a very affordable hunting spot. Has a small building that sells along with the land. Nice area behind the buildings for pasture.

Parcel #3 5.1 acres with 650' of frontage with an older home, nice shop, a barn and all you need to start that homestead. Bring your goats and chickens; this one would make a sweet horse farm. Nice area behind the buildings for pasture.

Parcel #4 35 acres with 85' of frontage with a very nice area for a cabin or home site and of course this one has trails on it and is a great hunting tract. Plenty of room to grow on this one. Buy with parcel 3 and have even more options!
