Situated among the distinctive homes of Jo Harry Drive in Fairmont’s West End, this charming stucco home is conveniently located near the corner of Country Club Road and Fairmont Avenue. Offering approximately 1,672± sq. ft., the home features 3-4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, thoughtful updates, additional finished attic space, and a beautifully landscaped backyard.

Inside, hardwood floors add warmth and character throughout much of the home. The updated kitchen features a gas range, while both full bathrooms have been remodeled. The primary bedroom is highlighted by a cozy gas log fireplace. Additional features include 200-amp electrical service, a gas water heater, and gas central heating.

The finished attic adds valuable flexible living space, including a room with potential for use as an additional bedroom and plumbing already in place for a future full bathroom. The basement provides additional storage and utility space, a washer and dryer, and existing bathroom fixtures including a toilet, tub, and shower.

Outside, the stucco exterior complements the character of the surrounding homes, while beautiful landscaping, a privacy-fenced backyard, and a concrete patio/porch area create an inviting outdoor setting. A 15' x 22' garage provides parking and storage, is connected to the neighboring garage, and is accessed by a shared driveway.

With its distinctive exterior, hardwood floors, updated kitchen and baths, flexible finished attic space, private backyard, and convenient West End location, 4 Jo Harry Drive offers a unique combination of character, updates, and potential.
