1. “As-Is, Where-Is” Notice
All equipment is sold “As-Is, Where-Is” with no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding functionality or safety. We strongly advise all bidders to attend the scheduled preview or call to schedule a private appointment before placing a bid. Failure to inspect the equipment does not relieve the buyer of their responsibility to fulfill the purchase.
2. Buyer Disconnection Responsibilities
The buyer is solely responsible for the safe and professional disconnection of all purchased assets. This includes, but is not limited to:
Electrical: Proper capping and safety of electrical lines.
Gas: Safe disconnection and sealing of gas lines.
Fire Suppression: Disarming and removal of any connected fire suppression (Ansul) systems.
3. Removal & Loading Logistics
Buyers are responsible for all labor, tools, and vehicles required for removal. No loading assistance will be provided by the auction staff. Please note the following exit dimensions:
Front Exit: 35″ wide door leading to the main street.
Rear Exit: 46″ wide door leading to the back alleyway.
Note: The rear exit involves steps with a partial fold-down ramp. Please plan equipment dollies and manpower accordingly.
4. Pickup Schedule & Deadlines
All items must be removed within the following timeframes:
Scheduled Pickup Day: By April 23rd
By Appointment: Removal may be scheduled by appointment only within two weeks of the auction’s end.
Forfeiture: Any items not removed within 14 days will be considered abandoned and may be subject to resale or disposal fees.
