Please read the following terms carefully before bidding on Lots 6 through 225. By participating in this auction, you agree to these specific payment and taxation requirements.
Buyer’s Premium & Sales Tax
Buyer’s Premium: A 15% fee applies to all winning bids.
Sales Tax: A 9.5% sales tax will be applied to the total (Hammer Price + Buyer’s Premium) for Lots 6–225.
Tax-Exempt Bidders
If you possess a valid Tax Resale Number, the 9.5% sales tax can be waived under the following conditions:
You must provide a physical or digital copy of your Tax Resale Certificate at the time of checkout.
No Refunds: If a copy is not provided during checkout, you will be charged the full 9.5% tax. No tax refunds will be issued after the transaction is processed.
Payment Policy Change

No Automatic Charges: We will not be charging credit cards on file automatically after the auction closes.
Payment at Pickup: All balances are due in full at the time of scheduled pickup. Payment Can Be Made By Card, Cash Or Check
