All bidders are responsible for confirming they are the highest bidder on each desired individual lot at the time of sale closing. All separate auction lots 1 through 10 will have their bid time extended simultaneously by 3 minutes if a new bid is placed on any lot prior to closing.
All lots 1 through 10 will close simultaneously if no new bids are placed on any lots. It is very important to confirm that you are the highest bidder on all the lots you wish to purchase to ensure that once timer runs out you will be the successful bidder on your desired lots and not “miss” any lots.
During auction closing bid extension on all lots is 3 minutes each time a new bid is placed on any lot.
