DEPOSIT: 10% of Final Sale Price (the “Deposit”). Immediately after being declared the winning bidder, the successful bidder must submit a non-refundable deposit to Sunnyside Realty Ltd to be held in trust on behalf of Parsons Auctions Ltd and The Government of Alberta. (Sunnyside Realty Ltd as the acting real estate brokerage in conjunction with Parsons Auctions Ltd as the auctioneer) to be held in trust for the seller in the amount of 10% of price offered (up to maximum of $50,000.00) of the Purchase Price plus GST.
PURCHASERS PREMIUM: The successful bidder will also have to pay a “Purchaser’s Premium” of $3,900.00 plus GST per parcel purchase to Sunnyside Realty Ltd to be held in trust on behalf of Parsons Auctions Ltd and The Government of Alberta. STARTING BID AUCTION: $10,000.00. A basic minimum bid price set at a value lower than perceived market value. Property shall be sold to the highest bidder above the initial bid price.
