Manufactured in 1954 as per serial number. A 1954 Winchester Model 94 in .30-30 Win is a highly desirable “pre-64” rifle, often referred to as “Grandpa’s Gun”. These are considered to be of higher manufacturing quality and value than their post-1964 counterparts due to traditional machining methods. In its original blued finish with some wear and light pitting on the barrel, magazine tube, and receiver. The smooth walnut forend and straight stock with checkered steel buttplate have some scratches and dings, and has a blade front and buckhorn rear sights. Please see photos.
