The Webley Mk IV is a iconic British break-action service revolver, primarily known in its .38-.767 caliber configuration used extensively during WWII, though earlier versions fired .455. As a top-break revolver, it features an automatic extractor for rapid reloading, serving as a standard issue sidearm for British and Commonwealth forces and police until the 1960s. Has many proof marks throughout the frame. Right side of frame has 44 BDE 1.P.C and on the barrel a Broad arrow with the initials W,D Left side has the caliber .38 .767 31/2 TON a Crown with BNP underneath. Good overall condition with light wear typical of year, grips are very nice ans free from cracks or chips. Please see Photos!
