This Thompson Contender is a versatile, American-made break-action single-shot pistol first introduced in 1967. It is famous for its modular design allowing easy caliber changes and is a popular choice for handgun hunting and silhouette shooting. It features a 1.5 lb trigger and the ability to swap barrels for different calibers and lengths. It has a blued finish, engraved mountain lion on both sides of the receiver, adjustable target sights, octagonal barrel, and walnut forend and pistol grip. There is some signs of use with some light exterior pitting on the barrel. Please see photos.
